一、Object and condition of reader card
Chinese citizens and foreigners over the age of 3 can apply for Suining County Library Reader Card by presenting the original or copy of their valid ID card, household register, social security card, passport, driver's license and other valid ID documents. A deposit of 100 yuan will be charged for handling the certificate, and the cost of obtaining the certificate will not be charged for the first time.

三、Borrowing regulations
1. Self-help borrowing and returning equipment should be used correctly (books on the first floor and books on the second floor).
四、Report loss and renew certificate
1. Loss reporting: Please handle loss reporting procedures at the certificate office with your ID card, household registration page and other identification documents. After the loss reporting takes effect, all borrowed books must be paid back.
2, card replacement: hold my ID card, account page and other identification documents to the card office for card replacement procedures, and pay 10 yuan.
五、Back card
1. The card cannot be refunded within six months from the date of application. After the closing period of six months, you can come to the card office to refund your card.
2. Return the borrowed books and overdue fees before returning the card.
3. I bring my reader's card and valid id card to the card office for handling. If entrust others to handle, the agent should show his/her ID card, reader's card holder's ID card and reader's card.
4. Within one year after the return, the id number of the returned card cannot be applied for reader's card.
六、Books defiled, lost compensation
1. Defiled books: Please take good care of public literature resources. If the borrowed books are defaced, painted, torn pages, etc., they will be compensated according to the specific circumstances at 0.2-2 times of the book price.
2, book loss: borrowed books lost, should buy the same version of the book plus 5 yuan book collection fee to the card office processing; Or 1.5 times the price of the book.
七、Other
1. Each 3-6 year old child must be accompanied by an adult guardian who must present his/her valid ID to enter the museum. Children under the age of three and children suffering from infectious diseases are not admitted.
2. The guardian takes full care of the guardian, takes preventive measures and is responsible for his/her behavior, health and safety. He/she shall not leave alone.
3. Be a civilized reader. It is strictly forbidden to talk loudly, eat, chase, throw garbage, spit and other uncivilized behaviors.
4. Please leave your personal valuables, dangerous and inflammable articles, baby carriages, toys, food, rain gear and other items are not allowed in the museum.
