In order to further promote the local characteristic culture of Suining County and collect, protect, develop and utilize the local historical and cultural resources in a complete and systematic way, we are now collecting local documents extensively for the society to better serve the political, economic and cultural construction of Suining County. According to Article 24 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Libraries, the library is a statutory unit for collecting local documentary information and preserving and passing on local culture.

一、Recruiting Objects

All citizens, organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions at all levels, experts and scholars who are enthusiastic about Suining's cultural development, folk collectors, publishing and printing units and people from all walks of life.

二、Second, The Scope Of The Collection

1, party and government organs, social groups, enterprises and institutions compiled to reflect the county's political, economic, cultural, tourism, science and technology, history, geography and other aspects of books, pictures, atlases, audio and video, electronic products, etc.

2. Internal information such as statistics, conference collections, yearbooks and other internal publications compiled and printed by various departments and units and other valuable documentary materials.

3、History and historical materials about Suining, including county history, township history, village history, departmental industry history, party history, yearbooks, maps, picture books, images, gazetteers, literature and history materials, annual reports, compilations of information, chronicles of events and other audiovisual and electronic products, etc.

4. Genealogical records and electronic versions compiled by folk.

5. Information of Suining's celebrities and scholars (including those who are originally from Suining or have served or lived in Suining), such as biographies, manuscripts, monographs, letters and paintings, etc.

6. The works, manuscripts and electronic products created and published by Suining people.

三、Three, The Way To Collect

The collection method is free donation. For the literature that cannot provide the original, the county library can use methods such as photographing, copying and scanning to make copies.

四、Collection And Use Of Documentary Material

1, sound local literature acceptance, collation, storage system, the collected literature by the county library registration records, and set up a special cabinet for proper preservation, for those who need to provide access, display services.

2. The documents can be directly mailed or sent to the library, or the staff can be contacted to collect them at home. All the local documents donated to the Suining County Library belong to the state. Individuals who donate to the library enjoy the priority right to use their literature.

3. A Certificate of Donation is issued to all units or individuals whose works are collected.
